Paganism and Green Witchcraft offer benefits like deep spiritual connection to nature, enhanced mindfulness, personal empowerment, and practical wellness through herbalism, fostering a sustainable, respectful lifestyle in tune with Earth's cycles for greater peace and balance, often involving ritual, seasonal celebration, and a focus on natural healing and environmental stewardship

Spiritual & Emotional Benefits

  • Deep Connection to Nature: Fosters intimacy with the Earth, plants, animals, and elements, viewing divinity in the natural world.

  • Mindfulness & Presence: Encourages living in the moment and observing nature's rhythms, enhancing presence and reducing preoccupation with dogma.

  • Empowerment: Cultivates self-sufficiency through personal magical practices and self-directed spiritual growth.

  • Ethical Framework: Promotes a morality based on love and respect for life, fostering compassion and personal responsibility.

  • Community & Solitude: Offers opportunities for shared spiritual experiences and deep appreciation for quiet, personal reflection.

Practical & Wellness Benefits (Green Witchcraft)

  • Herbalism & Healing: Uses herbs for remedies, teas, tinctures, and salves, supporting physical and emotional health naturally.

  • Sustainable Living: Encourages environmental stewardship, zero-waste practices, and making earth-friendly choices.

  • Creative Expression: Blends art, gardening, and cooking with spiritual intent, turning daily activities into sacred rituals.

  • Grounding & Balance: Practices like walking barefoot or working with plants provide direct grounding and emotional regulation.

How They Work Together

  • Paganism provides the broader spiritual worldview (animism, cyclical time, reverence for nature).

  • Green Witchcraft is a specific path within Paganism (or open to anyone) that focuses on tangible, nature-based magical practices and lifestyle choices, using natural elements for healing, protection, and empowerment.

Why Walk with me?

I have a deep love for mother earth (Gaia) and reverent appreciation for the natural world. I have studied and work with aspects of EcoTherapy, Shamanism, Tarot, Oracle cards and with healing crystals. I have diplomas in MBCT (Mindfulness Based CBT), Jungian Psychoanalysis and Masters Degree in Art Psychotherapy, MA. I have a great appreciation for esoteric arts and spiritual practices, and I am grateful for my intuition and wisdom learned from these knowings. I have great respect for the many Indigenous nature-based traditions and try to live in a mindful and thoughtful way through environmental stewardship honouring our planet and Mother Earth.
