Mental Health Coordinator /
Artist Well-being Practitioner

Prior to my career as a mental health professional, I worked in the entertainment and fashion industry for many years. I have specific insight into working with artists; actors, dancers, musicians, models, performance and visual artists. I have a deep understanding and appreciation of the complexity and unique challenges for those who work creatively and expressively as a career.

Alongside my clinical training, my therapeutic practice is informed by extensive experience working within the international film, television, fashion, and performing arts industries. Over several decades, I worked within high-profile, high-pressure environments, engaging with individuals operating under intense public scrutiny, performance demands, and identity-related stress.

This background has contributed to a nuanced understanding of issues such as image, visibility, power dynamics, perfectionism, burnout, and the psychological impact of sustained external expectation. It has also informed my capacity to work sensitively and discreetly with individuals in elite, creative, and leadership roles, where confidentiality, trust, and psychological safety are paramount.
