Join Eden Orfanos Shoro for an experiential therapeutic arts workshop "Awareness and Insight Through Art' hosted by Joy Yaffe of RESET MSM.

Eden Orfanos Shoro is a certified Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Art Psychotherapy. Her practice in central London as integrative and based in a humanist- Person Centred approach.

Eden’s sessions take a holistic approach to healing, using imagination and creativity to help gain a deeper understanding of emotions. She has worked with refugees in East Africa, a forensics mental health service and a high security facility within the NHS, as well as with large international corporations worldwide.

Eden offers integrative art-based approaches to healing that inspire the imagination and creativity, leading to empowerment through the mind-body connection.

Eden created Art and OM as a holistic practice merging art psychotherapy, trauma informed expressive arts, and trauma centred Yoga. She is also the author of the book Art and OM Action Guidebook: The Art of Awareness Insight and Empathy
