We are honoured to be partaking in the 15th IEATA International Conference.
Our approach at First Aid of the Soul is multifaceted, trauma-informed, and holistic. Our methods are grounded in embodied and expressive practices, including exploring the self, body, and mind through the creative arts. We offer an array of techniques and skills and hope to inspire the imagination of groups and individuals to support them in experiencing more contentment, playfulness, and meaning in spite of the terrors surrounding them.
About the 15th IEATA International Conference : IEATA voyages East again, July 14th - 16th, 2023 EST, for its 15th International Conference. We cordially invite you, together with our co-host The National Changhua University of Education's Department of Guidance and Counseling (#國立彰化師範大學輔導與諮商學系) to join in-person, or virtually, for our next "hybrid" conference themed: A Drop of Golden Sun - Illuminating Creativity. Its Chinese equivalence is 表達藝術・其道大光.
The Sun rises from the East and gives light, leading us upon our path ahead. In Chinese, the path is the Tao (#道). The Tao of Expressive Arts allows us to be guided by what emerges and to discover something new.
