Sometimes it is difficult to find the words to describe your emotions or how you are feeling.
If you are suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, relationship or family problems, co-dependency, career issues, substance misuse, or bereavement / loss, integrative therapy can help.
It is so important to have a safe space. A space without judgement that is uniquely yours to explore challenges, memories or traumas that might be holding you back or making you feel stuck. I offer one to one private and confidential online sessions as well as integrative art psychotherapy sessions online via Zoom, Skype or WhatApp, or when possible at 96 Harley Street or my Greenwich space.
My model of practice is integrative and holistic based on a Humanist - Person Centred approach, and informed by Jungian theory. We start wherever you are, and feel OK to express how and when you wish- you set the pace. Our sessions are conducted confidentially in a safe and nurturing environment.
If you are curious, integrative practice invites you to use your imagination or creativity to help you access places where you might feel 'stuck'. The art making process and energy arts can be cathartic - relaxing and reparative. You may even develop new ways of feeling and relating, gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself and others.
